Public Hearing Notice - 10/26/21 @ 730 via ZOOM: To Consider the Application of Town of Monroe Planning Board for an interpretation of the Zoning COde 57-13 (R)(2)

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Town of Monroe will hold a Public Hearing on October 26, 2021 commencing at 7:30 PM to consider the application of Town of Monroe Planning Board for an interpretation of the Zoning Code 57-13(R)(2) in regards to the determination of the Building Inspector concerning the definition of the word Frontage as used in the Code. This project in reference to this interpretation is located at 20 Allison Drive in the Town of Monroe and shown generally on the tax maps as Section 7 Block 3, Lot 13. The meeting is open to the public. The Public Hearing shall be conducted via video/tele-conference and so there will be no physical meeting location in order to ensure the health, safety and welfare of the Monroe residents.

The Meeting is being held in accordance with the New York State Public Officers Law and Executive Order 202.1 (“EO 202.1”) issued on March 12, 2020 and Executive Order 202.15 issued on April 9, 2020, by New York State Governor Andrew Cuomo, which suspended Article 7 of the Public Officers Law, to the extent necessary to permit any public body to meet and take such actions authorized by the law without permitting in public in-person access to meetings and authorizing such meetings and public hearings to be held remotely by conference call, video conference or similar service. For any person unable to participate at the time of the meeting, email comments may be submitted in advance to [email protected].

Accordingly, NO IN-PERSON ATTENDANCE IS PERMITTED FOR THE MEETING. Public comment shall be permitted and all persons participating shall be entitled to be heard.
