Water bills are mailed to customers quarterly in March, June, September and December.

Payment is due within 30 days of the bill date. Water bills paid 30 days after the bill date will incur a 10% penalty on the next bill cycle. Failure to receive a water bill does not prevent a late charge. All unpaid balances as of November 1st will be levied on the following years Orange County Tax Bill.
