BY ORDER OF THE TOWN BOARD OF THE TOWN OF MONROE Valerie Bitzer Town Clerk BOND RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN OF MONROE, NEW YORK, ADOPTED NOVEMBER 19, 2021, APPROPRIATING $2,700,000 FOR THE INCREASE AND IMPROVEMENT OF FACILITIES OF WATER DISTRICT NO. 8, AND AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF $2,700,000 BONDS OF SAID TOWN TO FINANCE SAID APPROPRIATION The object or purpose for which the bonds are authorized is the increase and improvement of facilities of the Water District No. 8, at the estimated maximum cost of $2,700,000, consisting of various water system improvements and ancillary or related work required in connection therewith. The maximum amount of obligations authorized to be issued is $2,700,000. The period of probable usefulness is forty (40) years. A complete copy of the Bond Resolution summarized above shall be available for public inspection during normal business hours at the office of the Town Clerk, Town Hall, 1465 Orange Turnpike, Monroe, New York.
