Delayed Refuse Pickup December 16, 2024 Please be advised that today's weather event hindered IWS's (Interstate Waste Services) refuse pickup schedule in the Village of Harriman, as well as some areas of the Village of Monroe. IWS will resume refuse pickup in these areas tomorrow, in addition to the regularly scheduled town refuse pickup.
