TOWN OF MONROE NOTICE OF JOINT WORKSHOP MEETING OF THE TOWN BOARD AND TOWN PLANNING BOARD RE: Rye Hill Preserve Master Development Plan NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Special Joint Workshop Meeting of the Town Board and Town Planning Board of the Town of Monroe, Orange County, New York, will be held on Wednesday, March 23, 2022 at 6:30 p.m. at the Town Hall, 1465 Orange Turnpike, Monroe, New York to discuss the proposed Rye Hill Preserve Master Development Plan under the Town’s Conservation Cluster Residential Floating Zone (“CCR”). No public comment will be heard at this Joint Workshop Meeting. The Town of Monroe will make every effort to assure that the Meeting is accessible to persons with disabilities.
