Overnight Parking Ban Begins on Monday, November 1st in the Village of Monroe October 28, 2021 Just a reminder that beginning on Monday, November 1st the ban on overnight parking on all Village Streets will begin. The ban prohibits parking between the hours of 10 PM through 6 AM, as per Village of Monroe Code Section 43-14C. Offenders will be fined and your vehicle may be impounded. Overnight street parking will resume again beginning on Friday, April 1st, 2022.
