Notice is Hereby Given by the Planning Board of the Town of Monroe, New York, as follows:

Pursuant to Sections 57-16(C) and 57-11(E) of the Zoning Chapter of the Town of Monroe and Sections 274–a and 274-b of the Town Law of the State of New York, the Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing on the 20th day of May, 2025 at 6:30 p.m. (or as soon thereafter as is practical) at Town Hall, 1465 Orange Turnpike, Monroe, New York 10950, upon the application of Moses Hirsch for approval of a site plan to construct a two-family dwelling and associated improvements . The site in question is located within the SR-10 Zoning District and 2F-O (Two-Family Overlay) District of the Town of Monroe. The property is located at 47 Seven Springs Road, Monroe, NY and is designated on the tax map for said town as Section 1, Block 1, Lot 11.21.

All persons interested will be heard by the Planning Board at the Public Hearing to be held as aforesaid. The Town of Monroe will make every effort to assure that the hearing is accessible to persons with disabilities. Anyone requiring special assistance and/or reasonable accommodations should contact the Town Clerk.

Notice is Hereby Given by the Planning Board of the Town of Monroe, New York, as follows:

Pursuant to Sections 57-16(C) and 57-11(E)  of the Zoning Chapter of the Town of Monroe, Sections 274–a and 274-b of the Town Law of the State of New York, and Section 56-7(D) of the Local Freshwater Wetlands Local Law of the Town of Monroe (Town Code Chapter 56), the Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing on the 20th day of May, 2025 at 6:40 p.m. (or as soon thereafter as is practical) at Town Hall, 1465 Orange Turnpike, Monroe, New York 10950, upon the application of Orange & Rockland Utilities, Inc. for approval of a site plan, special permit and local wetlands disturbance permit to construct a public utility substation and associated driveway, stormwater management facilities, landscaping and related improvements. The site in question is located within the LI Zoning District of the Town of Monroe. The property is located along Forest Avenue and Forest Street, and is designated on the tax map for said town as Section 1, Block 2, Lot 43.

All persons interested will be heard by the Planning Board at the Public Hearing to be held as aforesaid. The Town of Monroe will make every effort to assure that the hearing is accessible to persons with disabilities. Notice is Hereby Given by the Planning Board of the Town of Monroe, New York, as follows:

Pursuant to Sections 57-16(C) and 57-11(E)  of the Zoning Chapter of the Town of Monroe and Sections 274–a and 274-b of the Town Law of the State of New York, the Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing on the 20th day of May, 2025 at 6:30 p.m. (or as soon thereafter as is practical) at  Town Hall, 1465 Orange Turnpike, Monroe, New York 10950, upon the application of Paul and Dawn Reiser for approval of a site plan allowing utilization of property as a building or landscape materials storage yard. The site in question is located within the GB Zoning District of the Town of Monroe. The property is located at 22 Stairway, and is designated on the tax map for said town as Section 3, Block 1, Lot 26.

All persons interested will be heard by the Planning Board at the Public Hearing to be held as aforesaid.
