Compost Facility Reopens on October 29th The Compost Facility is located on Lakes Road and is open to all Town of Monroe, Village of Monroe and Village of Harriman residents at no cost. The facility will accept leaves and brush (brush must be tied, under 4 foot in length and no larger than 5 inches in diameter). No grass clippings, logs or wood will be accepted.
