Village of Monroe - Water Disruption February 17th 2023

NOTICE OF WATER SERVICE DISRUPTION

On Friday February 17th 2023, the Village of Monroe Water & DPW Departments will be replacing a fire hydrant in the area of Still Road and Pope Lane. As such there will be a water service disruption between 10:00 pm Friday, February 17th and approximately 8:00 am Saturday, February 18th .
Please note that vehicular traffic between Barnett Rd. East to Rt. 17M will be restricted to residential/commercial access only. If you have any special needs or concerns, please call the Village of Monroe at (845) 782-8341 during business hours 8:00 am - 4:00 pm. If after hours, please call the Monroe Police Department at (845) 782-8644.

Given the current times, please note the following procedures that must be adhered to should you choose to attend a meeting:

- Meeting attendees arriving prior to the 7 p.m. meeting start time should enter through the upper level doors where a contactless temperature check will be conducted. To assist in contact tracing efforts, meeting attendees will be asked to provide their name and contact information. Any individual who shows signs of an elevated body temperature of 100.4 will be asked to return home immediately and contact their physician.

- Lastly, please continue to be respectful of others by remaining at home should you feel ill or exhibit any symptoms of COVID-19.
