Water bills are mailed to customers quarterly in March, June, September and December.
Water bills may be mailed or paid in person:

Monday - Friday, 8:00AM to 4:00PM
Payment is due within 30 days of the bill date.
Water bills paid 30 days after the bill date will incur a 10% penalty on the next bill cycle.
Failure to receive a water bill does not prevent a late charge.
All unpaid balances as of November 1st will be levied on the following years Orange County Tax Bill.
