NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Town of Monroe will hold a Public Hearing on May 26, 2020, commencing at 7:30 PM to consider an area variance for Kingsville Synagogue which seeks the following avenues of relief: (1) parking in the front yard. The Planning Board has referred this applicant for Town Code 57-46 Provisions for off street parking with Town Code 57-39 © parking in front yard “in any district no private garage or other accessory building or parking area shall be within a required front yard. The lands affected by this application are located at 10 Kingsville Dr in the Town of Monroe and shown generally on the tax maps as Section 1, Block 1, Lot 4.32. The Public Hearing shall be conducted via video/tele-conference and so there will be no physical meeting location in order to ensure the health, safety and welfare of the Monroe residents.
